How To Win Friends and Influence People...on ZoomHosted by Joanna Lovering (BXA 2004), Executive Presence Coach and Founder of Copper + Rise

If you're like many of us, you’ve transitioned to a WFH life. And that means you've shifted your focus to showing your value and building relationships within the confines of that tiny rectangle on your screen. That's not easy to do, and as you hop from Zoom meeting to Zoom meeting, you might feel like something is just...off.
As a workplace psychologist for over 10 years, I’ve seen allllll the stress-inducing workplace scenarios: high-powered CEOs prepping for TV airtime to a first-time manager struggling to give tough feedback to a team member. It doesn’t matter what company you work at or the level of your role--the same leadership and presence challenges come up across the board.
Those same presence challenges that happen in person can and do happen on Zoom-and in some ways, remote meetings can magnify the challenging dynamics you’re up against! Let's discuss practice, tactical tips to make you stand out (in a good way!) on Zoom!
All participants must register for this event. A Zoom login link will be provided in the confirmation email.Contact mturk@andrew.cmu.edu with any questions.
