You’ve created an innovative company, and hired the talent to catapult the business to the next level.  So how do you keep attracting and retaining talent, while keeping the business full of fresh ideas?  The size and design of your workplace environments constitute a big investment for any organization, and should nurture a creative culture that keeps your business on the cutting edge.

In this Workshop, you will learn about the basic building blocks for designing an engaging physical space for your business, along with a growth strategy that won’t break the budget.  We will explore the role of Human-Centered Design, and how to infuse your company’s Mission and Vision in the physical workspace.  Our team will speak to the role of a building architect and interior designer in this visioning process, and how a design professional can add value early in the beginning of any business venture.
