His expertise is in manufacturing and operations systems, with research interests in areas such as new product development structures and time to market, strategic costing of product designs, lean innovation and emerging global supply chains. Some of his recent work examines issues such as knowledge sharing in Enterprise networks, managing performance in large scale healthcare networks of Emergency Departments, and business analytics for customer service and innovation in coordinated demand and supply chains.
