Join alumna Susan Klein as she shares skills and advice to help you overcome your feelings of distraction and lack of focus to use your time and energy for things that you make you happy.

In this interactive presentation, you’ll gain answers to:

  • What is happiness?
  • How does happiness impact the bottom line?
  • What gets in the way of being happy?
  • What can we do to stay happy?

Participants will leave with a tool and a plan of action to create and manage their happiness.

Susan Klein, one of the first 20 coaches in the world to be awarded the Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation, has been coaching and training professionals for more than 30 years. Susan partners with executives, managers, business owners and physician leaders, to deepen their leadership development in a thought-provoking process that supports them in achieving their organizational and personal goals with sustainable, high-impact results. Her emphasis is on coaching and often includes mentor coaching, assessing and supervised coaching.
