Mike Mayer (DC 1982, Heinz 1983)
Mayer Madison
Mike possesses over 30 years of experience with an extensive background in executive and technical talent acquisition, leadership development and talent management for Fortune 500 companies and early-stage firms. He previously held senior human resources leadership positions within General Electric, Allied Signal (now Honeywell), and the Aramark Corporation where he personally led and contributed to significant organizational initiatives that entailed large scale change. He has spent the majority of his career focused working with people new to the job market or new to the organization by helping them navigate towards fulfilling successful careers. His human resources leadership experiences included organizational integration efforts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and helping to strengthen firms’ infrastructure through substantive talent management efforts.

As a search executive Mike has a great passion for contributing to the growth of executive resources at his client companies through individual executive assessment and development, senior leadership team development, and the implementation of talent management systems.
On the personal side, Mike has served on the board and as the Chair of several non-profit organizations, is extremely active in his church, and served as the leader of the board as well serving on Diocesan committees for Property and Finance. An Eagle Scout, Mike is active in the Boy Scouts of America.
Mike has served as a lecturer at Villanova University (School of Business) where he teaches graduate courses in Management. He also possesses professional certification credentials in executive assessment and coaching.
Mike and his family reside in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
